We are welcoming Finger Lakes Wine Country’s The Park Inn Restaurant, and Chef Dan Eaton, for a three night pop-up, January 18th, 19th, and 20th at Grape and Grain!
Chef Dan Eaton, former host of Time Warner Cable’s “Cooking at Home” on NY 1, and affiliates across the U.S., is excited to feature the bounty of the Finger Lakes and beyond in a small plate menu format. One unique producer that Chef Eaton will be featuring is Rochester New York’s Flour City Bread Co. and owner/baker Keith Myers. Myers will be contributing to the event, working with Chef Eaton on the menu and during service.
The pop-up menu will feature small plates with Finger Lakes and New York State sourced ingredients. Culinary highlights will include Butternut Squash Cannelloni or Oven Roasted Arctic Char.
Join The Park Inn at Grape and Grain for Dinner service Friday January 18th, Saturday January 19th, or Sunday January 20th. Dinner service opens at 5pm all nights.
